PianoArts Awarded Wisconsin Arts Board Grant

PianoArts is pleased to announce that it has earned a grant of $6,000 from the Wisconsin Arts Board to plan and implement its education programs in several schools in Waukesha County.  For the elementary students, teaching artists and a PianoArts fellow (a returning North American Competition finalist) will present Music Explorers geared toward grades three, four and five. The Prometheus Trio and the PianoArts fellow will implement the chamber music program in the high schools.  The Wisconsin Arts Board is funded through the Sate of Wisconsin and the National Endowment for the Arts.
